The Traffic Control Manager position involves building a team and relationships in a fast-paced work environment where each day is different, energetic and dynamic. The role requires handling the distribution of U-Haul equipment in assigned markets, analyzing data to create a distribution plan, and managing a team of Reservation Manager Agents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years minimum management and team-building experience
- Customer service-oriented with an analytical mind
- Excellent communication, listener, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict-resolution skills
