ACH Senior Operations Processor

U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Support Specialist to join their ACH Research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling proof of authorization requests and corporate returns, ensuring timely and accurate processing of disputed transactions and returned items for corporate accounts.

Requirements

• Process proof of authorization requests and corporate return items related to ACH transactions.
• Perform routine tasks such as data entry, transaction processing, archiving, research, and troubleshooting.
• Interact with internal partners and external vendors or clients to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
• Research exceptions and escalate complex issues to management as needed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with corporate timeframes and regulatory requirements.
