At U.S. Bank, we're looking for an Asset Tokenization Product Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products supporting tokenized digital assets across their full lifecycle. The role will drive commercialization and scaling of tokenized assets by translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies into clear product direction.
Requirements
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities
- Lead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution
- Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks
- Work with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand, support go-to-market strategy, and prioritize use cases
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital markets
- Serve as a cross-functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives
