Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced attorney to join the Capital Markets Legal Team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of corporate finance experience and provide legal advice to internal stakeholders who originate and underwrite public and private debt securities issuances.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of corporate finance experience
- Demonstrated recent experience providing guidance in areas such as investment grade and high yield debt securities origination and secondary trading, securities laws and related SEC and FINRA Rules
- Ability to collaborate confidently and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
