The Corporate Audit Services (CAS) Audit Project Manager (APM) is responsible for planning and conducting audit engagements, supervising audit staff, and preparing audit reports. The role involves collaboration across the three lines of defense and coordination with other internal audit subject matter teams. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends, as well as advanced process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- More than six years of applicable experience
- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
- Considerable understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
- Considerable knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies and ability to hold others accountable on individual projects
- Advanced process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills for complex processes
- Thorough understanding of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and the common definition of internal controls
- Advanced Financial Service Industry knowledge
- Business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Applicable professional certifications
