Job Description
Gain hands-on experience in branch banking, develop business acumen, and build confidence using Japanese in a professional setting. Participate in customer interactions, routine financial transactions, and community engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Conversationally proficient in Japanese and English
- Good knowledge of general office procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting
- Strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Thorough knowledge of personal computers and other office equipment
- Ability to collect and organize information
