Requirements
- Allocate 65â70% of time to active prospecting, selfâsourcing business, building a book of business and driving new client acquisition.
- Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each clientâs unique goals and needs.
