Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping business clients achieve their financial goals by building strong, long-term relationships and delivering financial expertise and client-centric solutions. They approach each day with a single purpose â to do the right thing by our business clients to help them achieve their vision for success and the lives they want to lead.
Requirements
- Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
- Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
- Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
- Educate clients on available deposit, and loan products and services that align to their needs and goals for their business.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each clientâs unique goals and needs.
- Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
