Business Banking Treasury Management Payments Consultant

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Treasury Management Payments Consultant to acquire, expand, and retain new Payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management, and Card products. The role involves outside sales and proactive prospecting, providing consultative advice to clients, and building relationships in the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to seven years of related experience in Treasury Management sales
• Proven sales, prospecting, and new business development skills
• Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments
• Strong client service and relationship skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology
