Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, providing counsel and adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers' banking needs, and recommending solutions based on their unique goals and needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
