U.S. Bank is looking for a Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) to build relationships with customers, engage them through multiple channels, and provide financial counsel. The role requires a strong client relationships based on trust, adaptability, and knowledge of banking products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
- Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
- Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively
