Client Relationship Consultant builds relationships with customers to provide the best possible counsel, adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs. The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and has a salary range of $20.25 - 24.75.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
