Client Relationship Consultant 4 (Banker) - Solvang, CA

Client Relationship Consultant 4 (Banker) builds relationships with customers, providing the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers' banking needs, and recommending solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
