Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant 4 (Banker) to build relationships with customers, provide financial guidance, and recommend solutions based on their unique goals and needs. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of retail banking experience, a proven ability to build relationships, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
- Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
- Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactively
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
