Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst – Project Lending

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst to join our Project Lending team. The Analyst will support portfolio management and new loan underwriting, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of asset types including industrial, multifamily, retail, student housing, and construction lending.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in a finance/analytical related role
• Experience in commercial banking or credit analysis
• CRE underwriting or commercial real estate lending experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office tools (Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated ability to perform financial analysis and independently assess transactions
• Strong business writing skills (e.g., credit memos, deal summaries)
• Effective verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Interest in commercial real estate lending
• Familiarity with Salesforce, nCino, or similar systems
• Experience presenting in group or credit forum settings
