Lifecycle Marketing Enablement Lead develops and leads lifecycle marketing strategy to drive qualified demand, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels, overseeing campaign operations and marketing automation capabilities, managing a team of marketing professionals, and ensuring all marketing programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and digital teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
