Mutual Fund Tax Accountant

U.S. Bank is hiring a Mutual Fund Tax Accountant to support the day-to-day financial and compliance operations of a mutual fund, exchange-traded fund, closed-end fund and/or business development company client. The role involves primary contact with fund clients, coordinating activities, and communicating with service providers.

Requirements

• Monitoring and/or reviewing a fund budget based on contractual agreements, fee proposals and expense activity trends.
• Helping prepare and/or review financial statements for client shareholders and test/review portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
