U.S. Bank's Digital Assets and Emerging Money Movement team is seeking a Senior Enterprise Payments Program Manager to lead and direct large, complex programs in support of the bank's overall money movement strategy. The role requires 10+ years of experience with project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The team operates with an enterprise-first mandate and focuses on cross-line-of-business coordination, optimization, and reuse of money movement capabilities to reduce duplication and drive enterprise-wide efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects
- Significant experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs within a financial services or payments environment
- Deep understanding of money movement, payments, or transaction-based platforms, including experience with traditional and emerging payment rails
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in enterprise-level, matrixed organizations with influence across business lines and functions
