Senior Manager, Operations

The Senior Manager of Operations provides operational, contract, compliance, and project management support for the Office of the General Counsel (OGC).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
• Significant experience in operations management, contract administration, compliance, and project management within a complex organization
• Experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing enterprise systems
• Proven people management skills with experience supervising and developing staff
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft 365 productivity applications
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
