Job Description
As an Electrical Test Technician 3, you will lead and perform inspection, testing, and maintenance of low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment, including breakers, transformers, and switchgear. You will work in a shop environment and in the field, conducting complex electrical tests and analyzing results to determine equipment condition and recommend corrective actions. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and experience with transformers, switchgear, and protective relays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 7+ years of relevant electrical experience
- Knowledge of industry standards including NETA ATS/MTS, NEC, NFPA 70E, etc.
