Job Description
U.S. Engineering Construction seeks a Safety Coordinator to support one of its core values by ensuring a safe working environment on job sites. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or a related field and up to 5 years of experience in mechanical construction.
Requirements
- Coordinate site-specific safety orientation programs
- Conduct special safety trainings
- Conduct pro-active work area surveillance inspections
- Document all accidents and safety violations
- Keep current on construction industry safety standards
- Ensure project site has necessary Safety and First Aid supplies
- Accompany safety, health and insurance inspections
