Job Description
The Billing & Collections Specialist I will be responsible for following up with insurance and patient balances, communicating with patients and staff, and collecting balances. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience in a medical and/or dental environment a plus
- Proficient in use of computers and Patient Management Software
