Job Description
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with all applicable wage and tax regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of previous payroll experience
- Previous experience with Paycom HRIS is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
