Requirements

• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Previous dental or medical administrative experience
• Familiarity with dental/medical practice management systems
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service expertise
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to take on other duties as assigned and adapt to the evolving needs of the practice
