Job Description
The Delivery Driver – Non-CDL position at U.S. AutoForce requires driving a box truck, making deliveries, and performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections. The role involves working in a safe and punctual manner, lifting up to 80 pounds, and using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The schedule is Monday - Friday 10:30am - 7:00pm or until the deliveries are completed, with rotating Saturdays.
Requirements
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles
- Complete and maintain accurate records and logs
- Make on time deliveries at customer's locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
- Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
- Able to assist in the loading/unloading of trucks and operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
