Job Description
The Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift is responsible for overseeing and supervising a work group to meet department goals, providing leadership, and ensuring a safe working environment. The role requires excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm, with overtime required.
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- Skills and experience sufficient to supervise assistant receivers and helpers
- Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems
- Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice
- Good memory and scanning abilities
- Good communication and math skills
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with the proper equipment and climb 20 feet on a regular basis
- Able to learn to use a forklift
- May require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy
