Job Description
The Warehouse Material Handler Lead is responsible for loading, unloading, and stocking tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires lifting, scanning, and operating equipment such as forklifts and picker equipment. The successful candidate will have 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience and be able to safely lift up to 80 pounds and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. The position involves working at heights, following safety protocols, and working overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Onboard and train new hires
- Support Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks
- Assist with managing inventory by conducting cycle counts
