Scientist - Product Development

As a Scientist - Product Development, you will organize and execute projects, plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials, and write technical reports.

Requirements

• Food science, science, or engineering experience, ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods market
• Ability to work on teams and independently with the guidance of a manager
• Prioritizing and managing activities
• Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions independently
• Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions
• Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing
• Putting the consumer at the heart of development activities
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or relative
• 4 years minimum of experience in the Food Industry in Product Development required
• Ability to travel up to 20-30% of the time, on average, with both domestic and international travel possible
