The Research Program Manager oversees and coordinates all research activities within the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. The role includes project development, data management, biostatistical analysis, grant and manuscript support, and expansion of clinical trials within the department.
Requirements
- Doctorate (PhD) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in research coordination, academic research management, or clinical research
- Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC), Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP), or related certification in clinical research or research administration, or the ability to obtain certification within one (1) year of hire
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred; experience in Otolaryngology/ENT is a plus
