Job Description
IT System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Azure and SaaS platform administration to help optimize and support the organization's internal technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience working with IT business or enterprise applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience with: Microsoft Office 365 administration, Azure SSO management, Active Directory / Entra ID, Group Policy
- Strong understanding of: Networking fundamentals, System troubleshooting, Ticketing systems and escalation protocols
- Familiarity with security applications, processes, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a user-facing role with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
