Join Ubisoft's Global Content Creators department as a Creator Operations Project Manager Assistant - Internship. Support the implementation and optimization of processes and tools for managing campaigns with content creators.

Requirements

• Project Management: contribute to managing ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deployment of New Processes: assist in planning and coordinating the rollout of new operational processes.
• Train teams on new procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
• Document processes and create guides and user manuals for end users.
• Operational Process Analysis and Improvement: participate in the evaluation of existing processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Competitive Intelligence: monitor industry news and carry out benchmarks and case studies related to creators’ strategies and observed market trends.
