Job Description
Ubisoft is a global leader in the video game industry seeking a Creative Director to define and communicate the high-level vision that shapes the game produced at Ubi MTL. As a creative leader, you will foster a collective creative environment, share creative direction throughout production, and present the game's vision to the editorial team and executive management.
Requirements
- Approximately 7 years of leadership experience in the video game industry
- Exceptional skills in organization, interpersonal relations, and presentation
- Effective cross-functional communication
- Collaborative and innovative spirit
- Ability to consider technical and production feasibility when developing concepts
- Mentorship
- Autonomy in using presentation and design tools
- Knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unity or Unreal) and their limitations
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira)
- Solid understanding of the market and a passionate love for video games
