Job Description
The Lead Technique â TG Quality Foundations role at Ubisoft is a full-time position that requires a passion for innovation and technical leadership. As a lead technologist, you will define and guide the technological vision of SDKs for game engines, ensuring maximum quality, performance, and reusability for production teams. Your role is essential in establishing technical and quality standards and promoting convergence between projects.
Requirements
- A solid experience in programming and technical leadership
- A mastery of the C++ language, with knowledge of C#
- A deep understanding of game engines (e.g., Anvil, Snowdrop), debugging, and performance optimization
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in distributed team environments
- A willingness to share your knowledge and push technological boundaries
