Job Description
The Director of System Operations - Ambulatory Services will lead the planning, organizing, staffing, influencing, coordinating and directing of patient care delivery, working closely with the Vice President of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders, developing and implementing budget and control activities, recruiting and retaining staff, and creating service expectations to achieve patient satisfaction and retention of staff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to collaborate with medical staff and clinical teams
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
