Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating Forecast and Budget updates, managing the day-to-day operations of the department, and building relationships with site department leaders. The Manager guides and leads the development and enhancement of ERP and other relevant financial reports, and provides guidance and opinions to support strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Handles Forecasting, Planning, and Analytic inquiries
• Establishes and maintains a reporting structure
• Builds and fosters business partner relationships
• Supervise and monitor daily work activities
• Assist with personnel recruitment
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback
• Regularly interacts with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Site Operations, and other stakeholders
