GME Program Coordinator, Internal Medicine, Full Time, First Shift

Coordinate the fellowship program in conjunction with fellowship director; maintain compliance with all ACGME accredited Fellowship Program regulations and providing full support to the Division Director.

Requirements

• Maintain compliance with all ACGME accredited Fellowship Program regulations
• Provide full support to the Division Director
• Organize, set up, and track attendance at conferences and meetings
• Oversee resident duty hours tracking and reporting
• Process resident verification requests
• Manage Pain Management and Geriatrics scheduling
• Offboard residents and assist Program Manager with onboarding residents
• Assist Program Director in scheduling and coordinating annual resident recruitment
