Laboratory Supervisor responsible for supervising the Lab department, ensuring timely delivery of services, and performing duties of Technical Associate/Medical Technologist. Coordinates new hire training, ensures proper communication, and assists with performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in laboratory management or supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Laboratory Supervisor (CLS)
