Paramedic Clinical Instructor - Center for Prehospital Care 75% Per Diem

The UCLA Center for Prehospital Care is seeking a Paramedic Clinical Instructor to provide skills presentations and instruction in the Paramedic Education Program. The instructor must have a minimum of 1 year of field or clinical EMS experience and be able to work a minimum of 2 weekdays per month. Salary is $31.51 - $62.64 hourly.

Requirements

• Current California licensure as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of field or clinical EMS experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
• Available to meet scheduling requirements
• Ability to foster a stimulating classroom environment
• Skill in working independently and following through with minimal direction
• Skill in working as part of a team collaborating with colleagues
• Ability to provide service oriented customer assistance in a professional and courteous manner
• Interpersonal skills to excel in relations supervisor, staff, students, and the public
