Respiratory Care Manager (Assistant Director) – Mattel Children’s Hospital

The Respiratory Care Manager (Assistant Director) is responsible for managing staffing, budgets, and workflow across a department or clinical site, developing and monitoring departmental goals, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Respiratory Therapy role
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Active Respiratory Therapist license issued by the State of California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
