AI Mentor (Independent Contractor) - Business Leader Programs

Udacity is seeking experienced AI professionals to mentor learners enrolled in its business-focused AI programs. As a mentor, you will deepen understanding, provide context from real-world experience, and help connect course concepts to how AI is actually deployed.

Requirements

• 5+ years working in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Product roles.
• Direct experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with generative AI (LLMs, RAG, tool use, evaluation) and/or agent-based systems.
• Solid understanding of model evaluation and how data quality impacts outcomes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders or senior leadership.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly without oversimplifying.
• Strong communication presence and ability to manage group discussions.
