Principal Consultant, Software Engineering

As a Principal Engineering Consultant at UDig, you will lead complex client engagements, define technical vision, and build reusable intellectual property. You will also mentor and develop junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales conversations.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of software and systems engineering experience
• Leadership of engineering teams and large-scale delivery programs
• Complex, enterprise consulting environments
• Deep architectural fluency across full-stack, cloud-native, and data engineering domains
• Advanced command of AI-native engineering
• Ability to build reusable, transferable delivery assets
• Strong pre-sales instincts
• Failure-first design instinct
• Exceptional communication and influence skills
