Job Description
UDR, Inc. is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Community Operations Interns to join their team for the Summer of 2026. The Intern will gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of property management operations while contributing to a memorable resident experience.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled college students pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Business, and/or a related field
- Motivated, self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and works collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes with ease
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- S. citizens or legal permanent resident
- Be in good academic standing and have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
