Job Description
We are looking for a Personnel administrator to join our 10-strong Personnel Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating monthly salary statements, processing time management, and implementing individual measures in personnel management.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Relevant work experience in the personnel department
- Good knowledge of tax, social security and labor law including BetrVG
- Experience in cooperation with works councils
- Safe handling of current MS-Office products
- Knowledge of SAP (HR module)
- English skills (B2 level)
