Electrical Supervisor

Join UGL as an Electrical Supervisor and oversee a portfolio of capital upgrades across an Alumina Smelter in Portland, Victoria. This role provides day-to-day direction across electrical and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe and efficient work delivery.

Requirements

• Trade qualifications as an Electrician or relevant electrical discipline
• Strong background in electrical works within mining, minerals processing or heavy industrial facilities
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a Supervisory or Senior Electrical role leading field teams
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong commitment to safety, team engagement and performance outcomes
• Solid understanding of electrical permitting, risk management and working within live operational environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary groups
