Requirements

• Maintaining a thorough directory of clients
• Creating a pipeline to identify prospects and leads
• Monitoring the sales cycle and conducting market research
• Mastering all aspects of the system and communication solutions provided within the residential industry
• Executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Managing and maintaining marketing data
• Working within CRM and internal systems to support campaign targeting
• Designing, developing and maintaining daily and weekly reports
• Performing competitive analysis
