UIC Bowhead Transport, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead one of Alaska's premier marine transportation and logistics operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marine Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, business management, or marine services.
• Leadership style that commands respect, builds teams, and delivers results.
• Demonstrated success in growing and managing a business, including financial oversight and operational execution.
• Knowledge of marine operations, regulatory frameworks, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead in complex, fast-paced, and demanding environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.
