Job Description
UJA-Federation of New York seeks a Director of Grant Financial Analytics to lead the creation of a system for financial measurement and impact assessment, translating results into actionable insights for lay leaders and the community.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant financial and measurement experience
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
- Hands-on experience leading financial impact evaluations and applying qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques
- Proven experience with financial modeling, forecasting, or scenario analysis in a mission-driven context
