Job Description
The Operations Assistant supports the Operations, Production and Reporting (OPR) team by providing administrative and operational assistance across donor services, gift processing, and fundraising systems. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of donations, maintaining donor account data, and supporting internal systems and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
