We are looking for a skilled Principal Architect & Developer to lead our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform and Intelligent Automation estate. As a senior technology leader, you will define the strategic direction, capability development and technical maturity of these platforms, shaping the Fund's digital transformation and driving innovation.
Requirements
- Expert-level custom and low-code development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Strong background translating business requirements into robust, process-driven technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical solutions in business terms
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide technical teams
- Experience building development plans, managing workloads, and working within structured change delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support developers and business users
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality service
