UKG is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead the New Logo team across the UK & Ireland, driving growth through new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Proven success in a Sales Leadership role with 2–5 years of people management experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology organisation
- Strong track record of driving new business and acquiring new logos
- Experience engaging, influencing, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams across the UKI region
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and modern sales methodologies
